October 20th: José to speak at Annual Summit on Corporate Social Responsibility

On October 20, 2008, José will speak at the 6th Annual Summit on Corporate Social Responsibility: “Linking Stakeholders to the Bottom Line” at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto, Ontario.
Jose will present on the topic of climate change and the environment, addressing the concerns business has with climate change adaptation and mitigation–renewable energy enables companies to make green through being green.

The Flick off Express leaves Wednesday, October 15th, 2008
Starting at the University of Western Ontario, the Flick Off Express will travel by VIA rail to four university campuses across Ontario with important environmental experts, opinion leaders, students, advocates, corporate partners and some cool Canadian bands demonstrating how much Canadians care for the future of the planet.
The Flick Off Express aims to raise awareness of climate change among Ontario university students and encourages them to Flick Off. The Flick Off Express is urging individuals, corporations and politicians together to commit to a renewable energy plan that replaces our reliance on fossil fuels with clean renewable sources.

and here in Ontario on the implementation of an innovative Green Energy Act that aims at creating thousands of new jobs by replacing the use of polluting fuels
